Hello everyone. I have taken a credit card from hdfc bank around 18 months back and I was supposed to get a amazon voucher worth 1500 rupees which I forgot about it completely but the the other day I realised that I was supposed to get a voucher and also thought even If I got the voucher it would have been expired by now. But when I checked my mail regarding the voucher. I never got a mail or message from hdfc bank regarding claiming the voucher or the voucher being cancelled (for whatsoever reason) or expired. I followed up with them on the call support team but whoever picked up the call had 0 knowledge about what she was talking about and was asking me for the proof of the promised vouchers from bank's side and I was like "WTF?"
and then I emailed the grievance team and they messaged me that they would send me the voucher through mail and sms to my registered number subjected to internal review and approval. Is there anyway to take this thing legally and raise a complaint with rbi for mental anguish whatever reason applicable?
