I didn't get a statement mail or sms so far, but tata and hdfc both showing bill amount and due date, and hdfc unable to download billed statement, it shows as no transaction for both March and April, but bill generated.. 🧐 Ridiculous system

Your NeuCoins expire 365 days after your last transaction involving an eligible earn or use of NeuCoins (even if it’s just one NeuCoin earned or used).

This implies that unless I stop using this card for a whole year (and earning/burning coins), any accumulated NeuCoins will never expire. Is this understanding correct?

Yes.

Only promotional neucoins are outside of this scope, they generally expire within 3 months, regardless of usage of other neucoins.

On a different note, my infinity card got approved on 18th March and it's statement got generated along with my DCP on 23rd.

Now today too I got message of statement generation of my Neu Infinity card. Got mail of statement both times.

How can statement be generated twice?
