The Annual fees is a deal breaker
Not really, you can easily recover that in a month or two through cashback, even if you don't qualify for the spend based waiver. Also, in most instances, SBI does waive off annual fees on request. I've had it waived for multiple years now on SimplyClick, and more recently on SimplySave

The SPRINT application process is getting stuck at Additional Details page with "NEXT" button post address input is non-clickable. Anyone has a solution for this?
Same issue for me. Some of my friends didn't even get the additional details page and got approved instantly. (They had no other SBI card, whereas I hold two - SimplyClick and SimplySave)

Most important point to note: 5% cashback not applicable on Utility Bill payments so this card cannot replace Axis ACE Card/Eterna card if someone looking to use SBI card for Bill Pay purpose.

Secondly I fear this card may get excluded during 10% discount offer on Flipkart/Amazon like ICICI do for Amazon Pay card and lately Axis also started excluding Flipkart Credit card from 10% discount offers for Axis cards on Flipkart.

Because 15% discount will never gonna be possible for long run else bank will not survive :)

However, I feel you can still use it for utility payments via one or the other online providers out there who don't classify the spending as bill payments. That will still get you the online 5% back.

That will be Hit n Try thing since majority of wallets like Paytm/PhonePe/Mobikwik report txn as Utility pay if bill paid directly via card on their portal.
Also some wallets like Phonepe started charging convenience charge for bill payment using Credit card.

Yes that's very likely
but if this card is not excluded from those special sale offers then it will be a killer card better than most mid-range cards
also insurance payment is not mentioned specifically in neither exclusion nor inclusion, probably will be excluded though
