Just hold on for a few days, you will get all the details. Don't worry about it showing under process online. The system is slow. Once you get your hands on the physical card, you can set it up on the SBI app. Just be patient 🙂

But any idea If I can get a virtual card before card delivery itself ?

Needed to buy something from Amazon 😬😅💵

I had applied for this card. Physical verification done then I received verification call etc too. Then 11 days sms. Then I checked and it said Application could not be processed because of internal policy so I had left any hope of getting this card. But now a week later I received a call and the person on other end is asking for my PAN number to process the application ahead as he says it was some address mismatch issue and if I share my PAN number then he can process the application. I just wanted to know if this is genuine? The call I received was from a random mobile number and not any landline. Also the person said he is willing to send his ID card to my whatsapp if I have any apprehension.

I got an email confirmation yesterday night.

However when checking SBI cards website It still says “application under process”

Also I am a new user of SBI card . How do I see or get my virtual card and other card details ?

I had same issues. Never got virtual card details. Physical card was delivered and yet the message was in progress.

I got a mail and message of approval today but the card was delivered two days ago.

I was wondering the same seeing how he is mentioning only they can see which "error" actually occured while processing the application but customer can only see " application could not be processed". So he asked either I should share my PAN number or he can go ahead with cancelling my application.

U will get another cibil hit... Make it very sure... he will just use the pre filled details.... It will be easy for them... For new customer they have to take the details again... And everything... If u want the card... U can give it a shot...

That's why I don't entertain any agent(s) unless I have his contact number prior to the conversation, and that I can meet him in-person if necessary.

When u fill the form.... The details is saved in their system.... Which can be accessed by n number of sbi agents.... They then share it with their collegu9of other banks... Or random agents... There is then flood of calls... This is especially in big cities like bangalore... Delhi...

As per Amazon T&C. SBI Cash Back Card is not eligible for 10% discount on Amazon Sale. Not sure if the 5% SBI cash back is still available (I think yes, as it is irrespective of Amazon's own T&C)

Probably wait is what you need to do. Even I did not get any approval message till date, I guess they are not very proactive in terms of communications.

I finally got my physical card today evening.

Limit of only 20k , even though I was promised 1.8 lakh pre approved during initial call. Should have recorded that conversation.

I also bought a phone from Amazon for my uncle. Got 1250/- instant discount (SBI credit card). I am not sure whether I will get the cash back or not. Waiting.

Edit : the sbi customer care as usual not answering phone even after holding for long time. Please share customer care email and pno

One person's limit got reduced by 10000 and application got rejected.... And they refused to restore the limit ...... For U people something is happening... For me.... No way to know the real status.. Tracking still shows application in process... Which is not reliable...

I made a purchase with Cashback card and can confirm that I did receive 10% discount. Will confirm my cashback status tomorrow once I get it.

U won't get cashback.... If u have availed discounts.... People who have got cashback... It will be reversed or deducted from future cashback.....they have sent mail regarding this

Not even a month passed and true colour is coming out of sbi....
