I thought of applying for a replacement but my environment friendly mind is stopping me to apply to decrease plastic waste.

Yes once we put our mind on go green mode we love nature much and won’t harm it to the level best!

Good. Even I won't replace.
I don't order Pineperks physical card because of this reason also.

This looks like Gold card now. Much better looking though instead of previous one which was bland.

I think they have changed to printed instead of embossing for all their cards.. I have seen a recently issued smart earn printed..

I also ordered replacement for MRCC with confirmation from executive over chat.
But sometime later another executive is informing that only after 15June2024 replacements will get new design .
Old requests will get old design only.
Such a mess . Can somebody also check and confirm.

Amex will really wonder why so many people have damaged cards all of a sudden :-D

Looks Good .You ordered replacement card before card expiry or it was automatic delivery around expiry period ,send my amex ?
I ordered today but it is not confirmed to get new or old design .Pathetic ,Customer care could not confirm this and asked to receive and check it myself.
Also in amex, unlimited card replacements are free i suppose.

So basically they are using SECC design with different colours....

I ordered today but it is not confirmed to get new or old design .Pathetic ,Customer care could not confirm this and asked to receive and check it myself.
Also in amex, unlimited card replacements are free i suppose.

I didn't order the replacement, older card got expired, so they automatically issued a new one, and it was in this new design.

Yeah its all printed in black paint now, no embossing.

Should have waited for your post few more days . MRCC Replacement ordered today only . And they cannot cancel the request or confirm design.
Hopefully it is new design.
