Requested for MRCC replacement and received the old design. The replaced card is slightly light golden in colour compared to earlier card. Also the Rewards written is in black font where earlier it was white.

New Designed Card is available w.e.f 15 June 2024. So do request for replacement after 15 June. Confirmed with CC

My situation is also same, not using the card, milestone was finished in the first 4 month .. renewal due in 3 months.

In the attachment, its shown 5x on Big bazar for SmartEarn. Is it actually Big basket?

there will be many more who will apply reading this thread after 15th June and nobody knows if they’ll get the new design.

my advice would be to wait till the new design officially goes online and then apply for the replacement.

There is nothing to feel sad about this episode…
Just waste of some plastic and logistics costs for Amex , which is not of a concern at all..

Having said that , yes , it is better to wait for sometime before some confirmation comes from someone..
