New Swiggy HDFC Credit Card

Has anyone else recieved an invite for Swiggy HDFC Credit Card?
I have got the invite via swiggy app and also in my email but I think it is not allowing me to apply as I already have 2 HDFC credit cards.
The 10 Percent dineout discount makes this card worth it if the card has no or low annual fees.

HDFC Bank is set to launch a co-branded credit card in collaboration with Swiggy. Currently, the card is not available on the HDFC Bank website.

Expected features of the card include:

• 10% cashback on Swiggy orders, including Instantmart and dineout, in addition to other ongoing discount offers.
• 5% cashback on selected online merchants.
• 1% cashback on all other transactions.
  
  Please note that there may be a capping limit, but the full terms and conditions are yet to be disclosed.

The anticipated range for card fees is between Rs. 500 and Rs. 1,000.
Swiggy has already started sending invitations and informational emails to customers who are pre-eligible for the card.

21 days for removal of a temporary limit? That's a long wait. Also is your limit also Rs.5000?

This time it should be much faster bro. At the time of Tata Neu, it was new for HDFC to give bulk 2nd cards to customers. So they set the new rule of 5000 and later it took time.
Yes for me it is 5000 as well in net banking. But in the welcome kit, it is mentioned as ****.

I’m not facing the limit issue, but my Swiggy app is not getting updated. I won’t be use the card or claim membership until Swiggy detects my card

Just raise a case with CC it will be done in 24 hours ..use words need shared limit or combined limit

I asked for the same regarding shared limit and she told she can see total limit but it takes some time... Around 7 working days to reflect. Still no luck. She advised to wait till bill generation

No no once the card activated limit should be transferred
Please write email to grievance it should be done in two days

It updated for me the next day in swiggy app and later after couple of days,option to claim membership offer was shown

For most of them the app got updated, except for some unlucky ones like us

And they still can't provide simple things which icici do it in a nanosecond.

Like correcting spelling mistake on card or getting an add on card. Have to fill physical forms and attach documents and send to their head office on Mars for such basic stuff in this digital age. Shameful.

For irctc issues they are offering 2000 amazon voucher but it took me 78 days to solve all the issues...am afar aid even swiggy will take same way

Few days before i was unable to disable online transactions for any of my card even it was a breach of security HDFC too 20 days to solve i had go for temp block to avoid misuse.

Think they should know the priorities..They are not great in business for now

I think when the card finally gets auto linked to the Swiggy app for which it has been delayed enough as it is , the mere Rs 5000 credit limit is going to be another new issue which will take most probably a month to be resolved considering the rate at which they are going at the moment.

Card is lying in cupboard and here Swiggy just removed the option of credit card instead of fixing it
