Does their customer care even exist? They never responded after initial email nor they pick up the call.

Infinite id a upgrade from prime. Prime has forex capping at 30k amount. Infinite there's no capping

Also it’s 2% back, not cashback.
With a * they have only mentioned back as coins. Not sure how this will work out

Along with the ₹500 cashback every month, the 4X Fi coins used to give about ₹170 worth gift voucher of e.g. Amazon so it was ₹670 per month. So now they've cut it down to ₹500. Greedy bastards

What to do with Fi Coins? Anyone has any ideas? I have 15000 Fi Coins lying around. I want to use that ASAP before the IIT/IIM/Google fellows eat them back up along with the investor money they raised.
