How did you apply eazyshop debit card ?
What I have understood is that they have considered Payzapp for 5% category for all transactions done on Payzapp except wallet loading. That's why Credit Card Bill Payment is also considered.Its around 5% for its partner merchants and yes one more thing that it even gives you bonus reward points as promotional scheme something around year end..atached the link

The concern is that what is the capping, it says 2000 RP/month if its 1:1 then for 40k Bill Payment you earn 2k which is amazing but it is sounding too good to be true honestly. There must be some catch or I have mis interpreted something.

I was having moneyback debit card first and then one day i have got the option to upgrade in app itself so taken that just try by calling customer care once hope they helps

No its clear straight forward that except wallet load you will get rewards on all cases..it seems only few of them know about this card or currently very few are having the card active with bank it seems

Can you also clarify what is the value of 1 cashback point then? You would have redeemed it as of now once atleast.

Its 1Rp= 1 Rs. cash received and converted in cash last in december earned 250 reward points that time attaching that screenshot below and it can be redeemed in the multiples of 250
