same..i paid 12k bill on monday 26..but still waiting for it..whereas on sunday 25 of 100rs for test..i got that 1cp on monday..then i did full bill on monday..and for that still waiting..yeah its unipay and merchant on both 100 rs and 12k is same SBIUNIPAYDBCard

Same with me. I paid 31,000 bill payment on Monday 26 Aug but still no point credited.

Is something changed ?

I too haven’t received RPs on the same merchant since 26th of August

Damn, this is getting intense. I've redeemed my cashback points, and it's taking some time as well.

Please stop panicking and have some patience. This isn't happening for the first time. New people probably haven't noticed the month-end delays in cashback redemption and points, but this is completely normal behavior for HDFC.

Most likely, as soon as I receive my cashback, everyone else's points will be reflected as well.

@realjayt @fageriaji i have checked right now..the cp has not received..now sat sun is holiday..we will not get cp..i think its time to call hdfc care and ask about it..since its not dfirect portal of hdfc..so this merchant name is same for cc bills or any other bills in unipay..so we will lie to care saying we paid some other bill..and why not cp has came

ha bhai received points from hdfc platinum, redeem bhi kar liye. Uske baad kal fir se 11k ke aaspas kari thi transactions, uske points bhi aa gaye aaj.

All known portals, and I received all the points as well, but the points for transactions from the 26th to the 30th have not yet been reflected. Since it’s the end of the month, they should be reflected by Monday or Tuesday.

Also, I've redeemed 500 points on the 26th, but they haven't been credited to my bank account yet, likely for the same reason. You should've got the points for 19th to 23rd, but not after that.

Haan, mai lucky tha mera ho gaya uske next day se error throw karna laga hai. Technical issue hai woh poore section mai isiliye points bhi show nhi ho rhe recent wale.
