Onecard - Convert to Unsecured Credit Card

Hello,
I have a SBM bank OneCard that I created 2 Yeats ago on FD of 10K.

I want to increase the limit, but Onecard team says that FD can't be top up due to RBI guidelines, so they can't increase my limit.

My every other card has limit of over 2 lakhs, and this only has 11K, which makes me unable to use at various places. For example, I went to buy a phone from Chroma for 25K, and offer was on OneCard.

Anyone has any idea, how can I increase my limit or may be convert it to Unsecured card?

I asked Customer Care and they were useless saying that they don't have any such provision. Also, if I close my OneCard, I can't open it again.
