They are not changing my SBM Bank Secured One card to an unsecured one.
Neither changing my issuing bank nor converting the card.
Issued me a Rupay Virtual card which doesn't work, and UPI linking is not yet live from SBM Bank.
Worst Bank: SBM

Don't know why they stopped / restricted to few individuals.
They should extend one cash at competitive rate to get an edge over the other small lenders.
