Aise bhi last 2 year se card close kerne ko keh rha hu unko. kerte hi nahi.
harek year fee waive ker ke kehte hain use kero. lol

Overpay is also of two types. One where outstanding is +ve and another where outstanding is -ve.

BTW, after multiple attempts, I finally got connected to a customer care agent. He asked me to confirm last 3 transactions. I tried , but it didn't match with his list.

There are plenty of transactions in just 2 days and I don't know what list comes with customer care guys. I spent 30 minutes explaining him, but he wasn't convinced.

Finally he just took a service request with city and office name. And didn't do immediate activation.

Later I tried checking last 3 transactions from ivr and it was a little different from what I told him (he wanted only last 3 transactions in same order). Maybe tomorrow I will call against and tell as per IVR order and see if he activates it.

aise ye accha tarika hai card close kerwane ka without unke retention team se behas kia. kaam ka kaam ho gaya. uper se unki team ne dimag bhi nahi khaya.

I really wanted to close my IRCTC card.
using this for the last 2 months only and that too for rotation. there was not a single txn in the last 3 years before that.

Edit: Uper se chindi si limit de rkhi hai. last ek month se saare docs le ker limit enhancement ki ticket in progress me hi hai.

Lekin bill had not generated , cleared the outstanding only.

sbi elite pe 8L ka limit tha
sbi irctc visa pe 1.5L limit de rakha hai
iske wajah se aurum nahi le paa raha hoo

uske baad 25k kuch naya month ke spends
jitna due tha utna repay kiya bas

But 3 hi cards rkh skte Hain.
Aurum k lia wait ker rha hu. 28th ko cooling period khatam hoga. Aurum RM wait ker rhi hai

Maine bhi limit ke upar pay kiya tha, ABHI TAK mujhe chargeback/ card block nahi hua
Aur meri excess credit balance ki request bhi process ho gayi
