Maine BBPS pe complaint kiya tha transaction date, amount and mobile number dekar toh yeh reply kiya. Bhagwan jane konsa transaction ka kya bheja unlogo ne.

I would recommend ki dena hai to gpay ka txn ka screenshot de do, man gaye to theek nahi to age dekhte hai
To idfc ko pata nehi tha ki cc to cc ho raha tha on payu gateway? 🤣

Uska statement kaise doge ? jab transaction biller page pe failed ho gaya toh.
bol do nahi hai mere pas kyunki failed ho gaya tha aur page closed.
Yaha login karo mobile number se - https://help.payu.in/knowledge-center/buyer-care
Payu id mil jayega but yaha par successfull dekhayega transaction.
mdr 2 din baad laga hoga settlement cycle jab reach hua to

No failed transaction for this.

Sbi mei amount credited
Hdfc neu sey debited.
Haan gpay ka ss chipka ke dekhte hey.
Waise bhi my transaction was using
idfc bbps ->phonepay upi->gpay->hdfc rupay cc.
Didn't directly use cc for this , as I wasn't carrying my cards at that time.
Raat mei Direct hdfc dbc use kia tha for kotak cc payment.
Only thing I am OK with is, that my due dates for sbi aren't even close.
If they were close by could lead to sbi reporting non payment of dues to cibil.

Compalaint toh Against BBPS ID raise hoti hai ???
Aur kon si website hai ja BBPS Txns ki Compalaint kar sakte hai ??
Jo Bank Portal hota hai ya Amazon jaise portal hote hai woj BBPS ID ke Against Compalaint lete hai.

Yaha se bhi complaint kar sakte ho but submit option kam nahi kar raha tha sab kuch fill k baad - https://www.bharatbillpay.com/support/raise-complaint-customer/
Bharat BillPay transaction reference ID optional hai yaha.

Lol these idfc guys don't take chargeback request when I raise it. Instead they ask me to block my card itself 😅.
And now this time, when I didn't ask, they raised it😂. And SBI also blocked quickly without even asking me first. This is going to RBI Ombudsman for sure.

Within a day me chargeback karoge toh fraud transaction soch k bolega he.
freecharge is levying conveniunce fee for transactions below 1k for everyone or just for me becuase of no of transactions done?
For everyone. Implemented from today evening.
my sbi club vistara got blocked 😤🫥
was able to do two transactions below 1k each from another account after which convenince fee started showing
