Payment fails on IDFC CBDC

Hello, didn't found a suitable thread for this post.

But my payment worth 20K and 18K has failed and money have been deducted from the bank. I tried raising dispute with the bank but application says fail to raise dispute as well.

I have reached their support team but that took only 1 request for 20K and straight away denied to take another request for 18K. I just wanted to know that amount will get added later or it will be refunded back to source automatically?

Yes it was refunded after few days. Actually it's not necessary to raise a dispute. It will come automatically in next 4-5 days.

Oh that's great. Facing same issue. Payment just failed yesterday and I haven't received any refunds yet.
