Paytm wallet load charges now 4.35%, Better alternative???

Recently Paytm started charging 4.35% on credit card wallet loading. Previously it was 2.35%

What are the better alternative now with cheaper rate.

Any suggestions?

If this was an festival offer, then all should have received this, but looks like it is only for those, who have transfer rate is equal or greater than 3.35%

I was also thinking to transfer, but thought that if I transfer now, they may not reduce my charges, so will wait for 1 more month, so that my charges will reduce to 2.35% from 4.35%

I paid around 418 extra on this 9k .. got 300 back. and will get 90 back on my HDFC DC for cc payment..
So it’s almost even Stevens

when you have transferred in the past months from wallet to bank they start charging 3.35 or 4.35
otherwise 2.35 and give 1.5% as cashback

Yes same in my case, charges will be 391, Paytm is giving 300 cashback for wallet load, 90 will be HDFC DC cashback, so my charges recovered and SC smart giving 2% CB on wallet load =180 , so still I will be in getting final CB of 180 as overall profit

I will convert them to Paytm GV..
It used to be 100000 points for 1000GV,
Now they increased it to 1,20,000 points..

HDFC DC..
Plus to achieve milestone target of plat travel

Actually I didn’t know about this transfer to Bank attracts penalty .. I paid someone to his bank account as they didn’t have Paytm wallet..
I will stop doing that so that I get 2.35% rate..
I never transfer to my own account..

I unnecessarily paid one guy to his bank account..
I won’t do this ever again..

Your charges vary based on the fuel cashback offer that you have activated. If its 2.35% charges then you get 1.5% cashback. If 3.35% charge you get 2% cashback and in above case if its 4.35% charges then 3 to 3.35%. Or these offeres are activated after you receive the penalty.

No that was festive offer, now for 4.35% charge, I am getting 1.5 to 2% CB
