Payzapp not supported on Samsung s23

Recently I bought an S23 while setting I came to my realisation that payzapp is not supported on this phone, I use this app mainly for buying gift vouchers easily and recently started paying Bank of Baroda credit card bill, anyone have suggestions or alternative for this??

Not supported means? Are you unable to install via Play Store? Or you are unable to open it?

It says app not supported in play store and if I try to install apk it is not opening.

I got the apk from my friend who has installed it from play Store

I have s22.. this would a nightmare if I can't use payzapp cause I have quite a balance there in the wallet. Payzapp doesn't have a web version right?

Is the Google play country sent to India ?

There must be some geo issue. Check whether your country is set to India.

Try the new Payzapp app, maybe you are trying to install the old one

It's weird thing, because normally Samsung phone support Payzap.

Looks like either you have installed old Payzap version, which is recently discontinued by HDFC.

They have launched new version, or either your phone has some software issue.

I am using payzapp on my galaxy s23 since last April 2023.
I am not facing any issue.

I'm able to install old payzapp but as expected it won't work, for new version it says it is not supported View attachment 31070

Not compatible with new version, so try to install old version

This is the problem. Apps can check their installed source to check for tampering. Install it from the Play Store.
