Lounge reduced from 8 to 4 and Charges on bill payments

i paid through using UPI method for the first time in a hurry, till now I have only used OTP method for insurance payment, just dropped a mail to nodal officer waiting for the response

When I applied for PhonePe SBI black , the total number count will be 2 less from above.

In this casevicici also reports 3 accounts, instead of 4

How to find this out because in my CIBIL every card is shown with full limit and based on my credit utilization I feel every card has its own limit.
