Picked wrong card in the application process. What to do now?

About a month ago(last week of April), I was looking to add an Indusind credit card to my portfolio. After going through their website and TF threads, I decided to go for Legend to be able to open an account with them.

In the midst of all this, I had to travel for a few days. I thought I'd apply for the card and it would get delivered by the time I'm back. But thanks to distractions, poor network connection, and my incompetence, I picked the wrong card during the application process. I had been thinking about getting the eazydiner Signature card for a while but eventually changed my mind and decided to go for HDFC Swiggy instead.

That thought of getting eazydiner Signature just have been swirling around my head at the time of picking the card, so I picked that by mistake instead of Legend. I only realised my mistake once I got to the VKYC step. A month has passed since then and I have been bombarded with over 50 emails, two dozen calls, and a few WhatsApp messages by Indusind bank to complete my KYC. But I've kept ignoring it because, well you know... I have written to them multiple times but none of their email id's work. The only one that hasn't failed to get delivered was sent more than a month ago and I have received no response, not even an acknowledgement.

Considering I picked the wrong card, what is my best course of action? Wait for a few months and hope the bank cancels the application or finish it but not activate the card? If, latter is the way to go, what's the cool down period for reapplying?

There's a indusind agent in this forum. Get in touch with him and get ur application deleted

Whom to contact...I have similar issue
I would recommend not reaching out to anyone because the general experience of most people on this forum with IndusInd agents has been poor. If your case is the same (started the application process but you can't/don't want to continue with it), then just wait 90 days. The application will automatically expire, and you can start a new one.
