Thanks. Had already gone through your earlier inputs. So as soon as my video KYC was completed, I mailed ITR to all the mentioned email ID's in this thread. Got confirmation of the document receipt from one of mail ID. Let's see what more they need, keeping minimum expectations!
Just what it was said, received two emails, one from PNB Care (care@pnb.co.in) and the other from Card Processing Team ( creditcardpnb@pnb.co.in) Both the teams confirmed receipt of all the documents and no discrepancy. The credit card processing team asked to complete video KYC (although it was completed on the same day of application!) I reverted with details of video KYC done with screenshot and timestamp. To which the processing team acknowledged that video KYC is complete. Then I checked PNB Genie app to track status and surprisingly there is no update on the completion of video KYC. I think these teams work on their own without coordinating with KYC department. Let's see how it unfolds further!

Their customer care team is bunch of outsourced employees who have very limited knowledge about the status of your credit card request. Information available to them is nothing more than what we see in the PNB Genie app. The team which actually works on the CC application is CCPC (Credit Card Processing Center) team which used to have an office in Noida and now recently shifted to Gurgaon.

Yes, I have shared all the relevant documents of the application phases with this team. Hope, they will address it soon.

What is exactly ITR and exactly Acknowledgment how to download them?

Haha god bless PNB SOP! To avoid all this, I shared all the documents at once in both PDF as well as JPEG to all the PNB email ID's at once. I even shared screenshot of my vKYC timing and mail receipt confirmation with them. I don't think anything more is remained to be shared.

@Digvijay Oct 17 - Finally, my card is approved 😀 . Got a message that it will be delivered in 5 days
 
Congrats! So did you receive any message that "Congrats your CC application is in-principle approved" with limit? Because in my case, CIBIL inquiry was made at time of application only with same amount of credit limit.
I logged into the PNB app now and I can see the card. Only got 40% of the provisional limit shown during the application. My provisional limit was 300k and the inquiry was for 10k.

The message I received was
"Dear Cardholder, Thanks for contacting PNB. Your application has been approved. You will receive your card within 5 days. -PNB"
The Inquiry happened just yesterday.

Even I got mail to complete vKYC which I already did on the same day I submitted my application.. now I dont have any proof to show.. what could be done now?

The Inquiry happened just yesterday.
My provision was 478K got 300K, and a CBIL inquiry of 19 lacs on the same day of the application submission date 😰.
Another issue is I applied for a Rupay select credit card but they have issued a Rupay platinum card 😠
I was not happy about such a hard inquiry of a big amount, and if the card was not approved then it will be a more unhappy scenario for me. At last, they approved the card after 45 days, this is the only celebration point for me now 🙂
