PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

In my case PNB platinum card approved in just 2 weeks. Applied on 21st Jan 2023 and got approved on 6th Feb 2023.
Much much Faster than Kotak bank. I applied for Kotak on the same time. Kotak did physical KYC and no update after that.

PNB did not ask for any additional document than what I uploaded in my online application. I just sent a reminder mail to creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in last week. They replied in 2 days and asked for KYC completed screenshot. That's it. In the next 3 days I got the approval SMS and virtual card was visible in the app in 12 hrs after approval.

This is the only legit email for credit card processing creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in. Rest of the email ID just give some automatic response.
They take 2 to 3 days time to respond but they definitely respond.
 
Didn't update my Aadhaar yet, reached out to PNB on email, they asked to go to branch and submit a fresh application.

Have submitted a fresh application in branch, will update on the same.
My VKYC was rejected due to old Aadhaar photo and I raised this on email, they have asked to do VKYC again.

Now when I try to do VKYC again, on clicking call button nothing happens.

Also I had received this message:

Congrats your PNB Credit Card Application No WC2230XXXXX is in-principle approved. Complete your Video KYC between 10AM to 5PM. visit www.pnbcard.in.-PNB
Finally, the application is approved for PNB Rupay Select, after Video KYC rejected due to old Aadhaar photo.

04th Jan 2023 - Submitted application to branch (Had submitted hard copy of the form with last 1 year ITR, Aadhaar, Gas connection as communication address proof and photo)
10th Feb 2023 - Received verification call
15th Feb 2023 - Received SMS for approval of credit card application

I already have 2 CIBIL enquiries in the credit report, probably after I get the card, will mail to PNB PNO to remove one of them.
 
PNB credit card application experience is pathetic, CC executives are rude and responds as if it's applicant's fault. Shared ITR for AY 22-23, payslips, adhar twice. So far no acknowledgement from their side.
