PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Applied for Rupay Select on 3rd Dec, approved for Rupay platinum on 13th.

Received card after around a month from approval, due to extremely poor service by DTDC. Applied for conversion to Rupay Select, card generated right after.

I had entered details of existing card, with 75000 limit, got same limit on card received. Submitted KYC documents, income documents of past 2 years. As I applied offline, no trouble of VKYC etc. Nothing of that sort was required.
Hi,
Can any one share the experience with Punjab national bank credit cards?

Does PNB send notifications for statements? I just found out in the app that my statement was generated on the 20th, but so far i have received no notification for it.

Guys i read the above horror stories to get this card, just wondering for salaried do they still requires ITR returns still. i know this has been asked before any anyway to do this only salary slip , i know c2c will not work.

Yes, they asked me for ITR even though I am salaried and had shared 3 months salary slip at the time of applying. but, what's the issue with your ITR?

Idiots, have been sending same message over and over again despite of sending all the requested documents already. "Your credit card application is lying discrepant". Can't even call their stupid phone number as it always says "busy". It is been a month, with this level of diligence, it could easily take an eternity, sighs...
