PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Applied for PNB Select Credit Card around Feb 7, had a pretty smooth experience, VKYC went smooth. After that no news, I kept checking the PNB Genie App and it was showing VKYC not required or something. I waited thinking it is in process, on Feb 16 got a message saying "Your application is lying discrepant, please contact branch or customer care", called customer care and then they told me I have to send my residential proof, ITR and bank statement. After I asked him as to why it is being asked as I already had uploaded it, he said that sometimes the files we upload do not get uploaded and hence he asked me to resend to a mail id. I sent the details, I get one more mail after 2 days saying they need ITR of AY 2021-22 and Two months bank statement with SalaryCredited. I sent the ITR and sent 2 years bank statement of my self-proprietorship firm and told them that I am not salaried and hence accept 2 years bank statement of my firm. Then I get a mail after 2 days saying that they successfully acknowledge receipt and that my application will be processed. Next day, I get one more mail saying that they need ITR, Residence Proof and Bank Statement (same as the mail received after Feb 16). I got confused and called the Customer Care. I must say the customer care guy was very polite and helpful, he said that his system says that the documents are ok and verified and told me to wait and to ignore the latest mail. Next day got a message that it has been approved. I checked the PNB Genie App, and they have issued a PNB Platinum Card. I called Customer Care about this, he told me to write a mail to pnb credit card ho and inform them the same. I have done that and waiting for their response. So moral of the story I feel is that after applying in about two days pls call the customer care and ask for status, they will be updated with everything and this can make your process quicker.

Did you also applied for Rupay select and received Rupay Platinum ?
 
I applied on 1st Jan
was not able to book vkyc for many days due to slots being always full.
finally on 20th Jan got the kyc done.
on 4th feb received msg that vkyc is approved.
on 23rd received msg that card is approved, and showing in Genie app, but I applied for Rupay select and its showing Rupay platinum.

how to get it replaced and get select card ?
 
are you guys getting any tracking sms for pnb cc once it is approved ?
since its been 1 week of card approval for me no sms of card dispatched yet(although i have activated the e card online via app,could use upi link for payments etc)

Same thing happened with me. Each and everything same. For me also there's PNB Rupay Platinum. Have u received reply from PNB ? And to which mail I'd u sent mail ?

Same to me. You request for credit card conversion pnb Genie app and email supporting documents.
