I went to the bank yesterday to apply for the duplicate card and it doesn't seems to be enabled for me .. I was able to see through the process of application, but somehow the duplicate card option always came disabled. Bank employee told me to check the account variant in case it is applicable.. for me it is "SBELA" and there is an option to choose "Occupation" before applying for duplicate card and she tried "GOVT/OTHERS/PRIVATE EMPLOYEE" as the 3 options, but never did it enabled the duplicate card option post that.
If you guys have any idea on how this can be done will be very useful.. I keep on stating her about reading this over internet but being NEW to all this kind of request, she was unable to help me.

FYI - I have recently closed my old RSDC within a month's time and got my first imperial DC post the account upgrade.
