Problem Regarding Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card Application

Hello Friends Recently I applied for Amazon Pay ICICI credit card and my Video KYC was done successfully. After that I uploaded pdf files(without any password) of my Salary Slip and Bank Statement.But They are making different excuses like documents are not clear, password protected, salary slip is not clear etc etc. ...I uploaded these documents more than 10 times but my cc application goes on hold each and every time.
Have anyone face similar issue?
How to fix this problem? Please Help 🙏

Same happened for me. This is when I had an existing Salary Account with ICICI. I gave up in the end.

Kindly send mail to normal icici customer care. They'll de link your application and request you to apply again

Same happened for me. This is when I had an existing Salary Account with ICICI. I gave up in the end.

I think you should ignore that procedure.

actually while uploading the quality of docs might decreases.

once cancel the applocation calling cc. apply next time or via offline

if u have docs then apply via offline*
