Co-branded ICICI CC or normal one? Did you attach the card statement and front picture of the card?

Some of the folks in the community told, BoB doesn't consider co-branded CC for C2C however, I see some of the people here already got the card based on Apay CC. So may be some other factors that led to rejection. You can drop an email to them for reconsideration. This time you may want to attach income documents as well to make your request stronger 💪.

Any card that you use , to apply C2C , must be at least 6 months old, and limit of Rs 25k minimum

I applied for BOB premier under their LTF offer but when I called their customer care they mentioned its not LTF. What should be done?
I shared my CC with 9.9 Lakh and salary slip with more than 30 L annual in-hand income, I was hoping to get eterna LTF but they gave premier that too non-ltf.

No. It's LTF. Customer Care executives are outsourcing agents. So, they may not have complete information all the time. Easy, Select and Premier BOB Cards are LTF till 30 Sept 2022.
Mail them on escalations@bobfinancial.com mention your mobile number details name and card first 4 and last 4digit and ask them whether it is ltf or not if not just tell them firstly you gave me the card which i don't want without my consent and also tell them according to rbi rules banks cannot issue users another card without their consent and ask them to provide you eterna as ltf or make premiere ltf but first try with eterna .
In first mail only talk about this part without customer consent banks cannot issue other cards for which user may not have applied as per rbi rules and tell them to provide you eterna as ltf otherwise you will escalate this to rbi.
And then if they still said no try again. And then ask them to provide atleast premiere as ltf.

I can confirm that I got BoB card using C2C method. Card that I used Amazon Pay ICICI. My card wasn't even that old- only 7 months

For me, it is Axis Bank. BoB gave the second lowest. Surprising, SBI didn't do my Video KYC or ask for income proof and gave me Rs 82,000.

Could be a stupid question, but when you showed your signature during VkYc, was it the same as that appeared in your PAN Card?

Yes, I got rejected but after that I have mailed them multiple times but they still haven't responded.
If I get to know what was the reason or at what stage I got rejected then it might be helpful in future application.
Did you mailed on escalations@bobfinancial.com?

Rejected my application citing Internal bank policies and without giving a proper reply. Then escalated the complaint to escalations@bobfinancial but still getting copy paste reply from someone Smt Priyanka Revadekar.
Now have citied RBI Guidelines with proper circular number to provide the proper reason for rejection of my application but have not received any reply.
I don't know what was the reason for rejection of the application but I think raising the complain to act was the primary reason. Email was sent by me to update the status after almost waiting for 2 months and then their immediate reply was to cancel the application in 1-2 days.
