The replies are template messages designed to be sent to everyone. They don't even bother to read your issue and reply accordingly.

Mine easy rupay has been upgraded to premier rupay with same limit of easy... I got easy in april... Mailed 3-4 days back... Was done in 1 day... New card dispatched also... I have created a Thread in bob credit card section.. U can check for more details

Guys as you know i recently received my BOB priemiere in Rupay Variant.
When i trying to use apay bill offer of amazon to pay bill get discount the Rupay card does not show to be eligible to the offer and does not deduct any amout for the offer.
But my old visa BOB Priemiere shows the offer and deducts the final price.
I am scared to use my visa in fear that it will not close , and even my bob card dashboard shows rupay card number. I think you all guys told me while applying that the rupay has the same offers as visa.

Good thing that you told me, I'll not be taking Rupay Premier anytime soon.

Will my visa remain Active, i dont know?? I never thought such a issue could arise as it is a bank offer

Yeah this is the seviour problem with RuPay cards that's why I don't recommend them.

Don't worry, tell BOB to convert your card to Visa.

I they will not give easily he needs wait for atleast 6 months..🤐
