I have recently (like Yesterday-dt 16 July 2022), got my Premier Card, and for me , the offer is showing correctly. I was trying to pay DTH of Rs 434.

Guys as you know i recently received my BOB priemiere in Rupay Variant.
When i trying to use apay bill offer of amazon to pay bill get discount the Rupay card does not show to be eligible to the offer and does not deduct any amout for the offer.
But my old visa BOB Priemiere shows the offer and deducts the final price.
I am scared to use my visa in fear that it will not close , and even my bob card dashboard shows rupay card number. I think you all guys told me while applying that the rupay has the same offers as visa.

Will my visa remain Active, i dont know?? I never thought such a issue could arise as it is a bank offer

Damn i have the same BIN yet i am not getting the offers.
i just called BOB they just put me hold on hold and then told me to contact amazon and abruptly cut call before i could even speak.

Amazon Rc offer is valid on BOB RuPay Credit card too.

I think you already use the card.

This BIN number 3561-6230 is valid on all Amazon-BOB discount offers.

Do one thing, remove your saved card and save again or try any other Amazon account.

Or first save your card as a tokenization in Amazon and try again.

just mailed escalation and conversion in cc , they assigned me two different ticket from their crm

I already tried remove visa and rupay and gain adding only adding rupay, will try after tokenizing the card as you said now
is there any limitation in how many times can one use the offer, i had done a gas booking recently will check it was the visa or rupay
