Problem you are facing with BOB Credit Card - Post your problem here

I applied for BoB premier card(LTF offer) on 21.06.2022 with application no 220621900013168. All the documents were submitted and Kyc at my office and residence completed. After that CRED app was showing some BoB card was issued(please refer screenshot). Much to my dismay after 10 days, my application status showed as declined basis internal criteria. Since then I am following up with crm@bobfinancial.com and even requested for application reconsideration by sending income documents, ITR and even my HDFC CC statement(I have been using since 13 years) and card pic to consider on C2C basis to resolutions@bobfinanical.com. Ultimately I am getting repies only from crm email(from Mr. Aniket & Ms Darshana). But in one of the mail, Mr. Aniket informed as I am having one BoB card, so unable to issue the card. But in actuality, I don't have any BoB card but got ONECARD(M/s FPL Technologies) issued by BoB financial which technically is not a BoB card(no offers of BoB are applicable). I stated the same to BoB, still after taking sweet 2 months, giving same reply about rejection. I am really fed up with this and this time wrote to crm1@bobfinanical.com last week. Again I got reply from crm email that my request is under review and did not get any reply till now. I have CIBIL score of 791 and could not understand the reason behind this rejection. Only left with last option writing to pno and nodal officer. Can someone guide me what can be done? @techfino

Is this ltf offer spend based or complete ltf?
Also while I'm applying for the credit card there were some technical glitches and I'm unable to submit few documents by still my cibil score has been hit.
I don't know how to submit those missing documents whether to reapply or to continue

Your application has been approved already. You can check the status from bonfinancial website

Your are wrong! Onecard is considered by BOB I mean its a acutal credit card which is provided by BOB so they can't issue one more.

No the cards are Unconditional LTF for now, meaning, no need to pay for any charges.
 
I've applied for BOB credit card on 4th of October.
4 days later, physical verification done and I have given everything to him he asked for.

2 days later, I checked status to find it declined. I enquire further for proper reason and they stated that address proof missing even though I gave them.

I provided them with the current address proof and told them to reconsider. 5 days later, the status changed back to "In Process" and now its been more than a month with the same status.

My application number is 221004900004293. It shows "In Process" from past 25 days from the time of reconsideration. Whole process is now more than a month.

Some people like me got lucky and got their cards delivered within 15 days, some people were hyper lucky to get their cards in 10 days (entire process till card delivery took 10-15 days). Some are cursed by BOB to get their cards delivered after 2 months.
