Mai pichle 5 to 6 years se deal kar ka raha hu, logo ko RuPay card me help karne me.
Its common problem log RuPay offer use kar k bhul jate hai because logo k "subconscious mind" me visa/mastercard ghuse hue hai. 🤣🤣

look mai yeh nahi bol raha ki @ashwink was 100% wrong but RuPay ko ek strong support chahiye. Customers and Banks dono k side se.
Its true sometimes, kuch banks RuPay ko exclude kar dete hai sometimes starting me, kuch offers me but after complaint problem solved ho jate hai.
Iska matlab yeh nahi ki banks intentionally aisa karte ha. Bas bank employees ko bhi pata nahi hota hai because woh log bhi humare tarah human beings he hai. Last few decades se bank employees ne visa/mastercard k sath deal kiya hai. unhe visa/mastercard k jada knowledge hai abhi.
Recently bohot se articles me yeh baat bola gaya tha ki maximum banks and bank employees ko lagta hai RuPay card is poor man's card because of jan dhan yojna card.
Yeh mindset change karne ka ek he tarika hai, jada se jada customers banks se premium RuPay cards apply kare, koi problem ho toh complaint kare.
Just 5 years ago, ICICI bank RuPay card dena he nahi chahta tha, last 2 years me jab bohot logo ne ICICI RuPay card apply kiya toh atleast 70% to 80% ICICI employees ko yeh toh pata chala ki ICICI me RuPay card milte bhi hai and ab thora easily mil jate hai.
Same thing, Banks jitne Premium RuPay card issue karega, har problems k liye banks k pas jitne complaint aayega, banks woh problem ko jald se jald solve karne ka try karega. Jisse future me RuPay card me bhi ek bhi single problem exist nahi karega like visa/mastercard.

It's been already 2 weeks since I completed VKYC for my Eterna application, and status of application shows as "In process" . When I sent email to " conversions@bobfinancial.com", they had mentioned that verification report from field is pending (I hope this is physical verification)
No one has reached out me yet for verification and I don't when this gonna happen.
Can any one suggest me which address they use for physical verification ( I have different present & permanent addresses in application form)

I think they will verify the address you gave while applying. Mail on escalations@bobfinancial.com and see what reply you get.
I gave both addresses (present and permanent ) while applying .. Where they will do verification -present/permanent/both
Sorry mate don't have any idea about this maybe they will call you before visiting. But why you gave 2 addresses? Your permanent address was sufficient.
*They didn't called me just directly knocked my door😂
