Query for the HDFC Rupay UPI CREDIT CARD

The HDFC RuPay UPI Credit Card comes with a ₹99 joining and annual fee. Since I don’t have any prior relationship with HDFC, my questions are:
1. Can I still apply for this card?
2. Is the card eligible for the 10% discount on Amazon/Flipkart?

Yes you will get 10% discount on this card. Not sure if you can apply or not with out any other card.
