Further to the above, I got this from the office of the Head, SCB.
"We note that you have raised a concern regarding cibil status towards your
credit card ending with xxxx.
We would like to inform you that the card ending with xxxx stands cancelled in
our records on 31 May 2021.
We have arranged for necessary cibil amendment and the same will get porcessed
in next 3 working days.
Further, we wish to confirm you that the said card has excess balance and there
will not be any adverse impact in customer cibil.
We sincerely thank you for your patience and persistence.

Now SCB has said they will update my Cibil within 3 days, but have conveniently ignored to mention the compensation that I have asked for.
How do I go about asking for this? Reach out to RBI again or ask SCB to provide it..
Also can someone pls give me the exact clause in the RBI guidelines for the INR 100 fine payment?
