I just enquired about classic Account which is 2500 AMB Account.

Branch executive denied.
Customer Care executive response was positive.

I told Branch executive either Open it or You want a complaint against Branch.

Branch executive told me to send SOC where details of Classic Account is reflecting.
If it is possible we will definitely open it otherwise you can raise the complaint.

Tomorrow he will confirm me.

HDFC, IDFC and Axis toh leta hai

Axis ki home branch ke against mne back to Back complaints ki thhi. Call karke bolte thhe sir phir Complaint kyu kari branch aake baat karo.

Mne kha branch aaya thha tabhi toh complaint ka mauka mila, bolo dubara visit karu.

After few months of such back to Back complaints , complete staff was changed
New staff is one step ahead from previous staff

Just done a txn few minutes ago. It was the first txn on cheq as well as rbl card of the month. I think they limited txn numbers per card per website.

Mastercard user? Cause cheq double dip doesnt work with indusind visa card. Im doing double dip with sbi debit card on cheq though

Just opened an RBL account to get this debit card. Activated Netbanking. Completed KYC. Transferred Rs. 11,000. However, when I go to 'Upgrade Debit Card', I get the error that 'you have opted to not get a debit card for this account'. Can somebody please guide.

Can I pay my credit card bill with signature+
I just got the call from RBL customer care it says that the signature+ debit card is not allowed to do payment of credit card As I was getting this SMS
they say there policy is that I can't pay credit card bill via this card
