RBL is now giving away LTF World Safari/ICON from Shoprite if you are upgraded from Zomato Edition

Hello Guys,

One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

Called them and said that I want my Shoprite card to be closed or upgraded since I found it not rewarding.
She said that there's no option to change card and said she'll accept card closure request and the same will be processed in 7 days.
What I did wrong?
*In the history of RBL cards, I've done my first transaction for 500 today only.
*Have one RBL Savings account with Signature+ card for CC payments.

they will take the request for closure , and then after 2-3 days retention team will offer you LTF Goodstuff .

I called twice to RBL customer care but they say there is no upgrade offer for me so I asked them to close and customer care happily takes the request.

Lets hope retention team will call and offer RBL Safari card.

Nah bro, shoprite is LTF so no harm in keeping it if in future there is any offer in sale.

Guys , I Gave the request of LTF World Safari card to RBL Retention team (I also have call recording of the same) , yet they are sending me ICON Card !
Plus I have recieved no LTF Whatsapp or sms .
What a blunder ! What action should I take ?

U can email their grievance redressal for ltf confirmation.
Luckily i recd safari shipped msg
