Hello Guys,

One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

I already have paid world safari card which I am using from 1.5 year now, any way to convert it to ltf as when I got 0 forex and PP were valuable to me but after that I found other cards with PP and for 0 forex would go for scapia...

I am going to ask them to convert ICON LTF to World Safari LTF. If they are not going to agree I will say they are falsely selling the card by saying 2 BmS tickets a month on their website when instead only 1 is given as per the benefits when I received.

If they are not going to give World Safari LTF I am going to complain to RBI saying they cheated me

Got my RBL Shoprite (from Zomato Classic) upgraded to RBL World Safari LTF by mailing to cardcancellation@rblbank.com. The retention team had called after 5 days and I explained to them that Shoprite is useless for me and since I travel extensively, I want Safari LTF (otherwise I am closing my Shoprite). They promptly upgraded my card to Safari LTF.

Anyone managed to successfully upgrade their Paisabazaar Duet to any other card? I have that card which is of no use to me. Will this same strategy work? Any views

Paisabazaar Duet can't be upgraded to other RBL card as its cobranded.

No need to send them an email to cancel your card, you wasted your 5 days.
Upon calling customer service, I asked if there are any upgrade offers available for the Shoprite card since rewards are not good.
In answer to my question, she said yes, we have offers on your credit card (I had already decided to end the call if she did not offer a card upgrade, since I didn't want to give a card closure request).

I got ICON ltf.

Paisabazaar ka naam kaafi hai, Partnership Break karne ke liye.

Paisabazaar ne Partnership ki thhi ki Card ki limit ko as a Loan deke Customers ko lootege.

Loan toh chhdo aaj tak Rs.1 ki bhi txn nhi karwa paaye yeh log merse.

Bhai lekin RBL ka Eazydiner me mst offer chl rha h 30% off on bill payment upto ₹500. Mst loota usko Paisabazaar se.

Paytm Deals me b loota. 20% cashback derha tha 😂

Dining me sahi offer chl rhe RBL ke.

Card offer kaafi hai Eazydinner m.
Eazydinner ke competior bhi hai.

Mujhe Eazydinner se achhi deal swiggy Dineout aur paytm pe mil gayi, ek particular restaurant ke liye.

Toh bechaare RBL kon chance nhi mil.pta apna jalwa dikhane ka
