Hello Guys,

One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

I called RBL customer care number and told them I want LTF World Safari and the person said that I have the offer and he said that he processed the request. But I have not received any email or SMS from RBL regarding the upgrade. Any idea how much time it takes?
Also, will I get Mastercard variant or Visa?

Same case with me too. Just hoping for the best to happen. No email no sms just taken the request for LTF World Safari yesterday and that's it. Told card would get dispatched in 4 working days.

You will not get any SMS or Mail, after 2-3 days you will get a dispatch message and whatsapp message showing the new card and LTF status

You get message regarding dispatch on whatsapp if number is linked with credit card. Network will be same as previous card. If Edition Mastercard then you get safari mastercard.

I read about the offer on this thread and activated my converted Shoprite card by doing a transaction os Rs 10. Called RBL team helpline at 1 AM yesterday 07/10 and asked them that Shoprite is a very bad card in comparison to Zomato, is there any upgrades possible. The guy checked and was offering some cards as FYF. I asked him if he has something for LTF and he said that if you would like to travel then he has World Safari as LTF. I told him yes, I like to travel and he said he will process the request. He verified some info and I got a sms that your card change request will be processed in 4 working days. I juts checked an hour ago in MyCard App and it is showing World Safari. Waiting for the card dispatch and LTF message.

True I myself got World Safari LTF but mine is Mastercard but received a PP along with it.

Thanks for your post, i was able to get World Safari LTF (Mastercard) Previous cards were also on Mastercard
