RBL is now giving away LTF World Safari/ICON from Shoprite if you are upgraded from Zomato Edition

Hello Guys,

One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

Earlier they'd mentioned it will be closed after 75 days.
I mailed after 80+ days asking what's the matter and now after 2 weeks they've replied back asking for the CIBIL report in PDF format.

Thanks to the forum, got World Safari (LTF). Was pleasantly surprised to get Priority Pass as well.
Process was very smooth. One call, request to upgrade was taken. Card delivered in 5 days.

This came has handy backup when Regalia Rupay was denied lounge access.
Billed Rs 2/- but surprised to see Rs2/- as minimum due. (I was under assumption under certain amount, no minimum due is required)

I changed it from ICON LTF to World Safari LTF but the main reason I could do it was I had asked them to cancel the upgrade to ICON LTF that day itself and asked them to give World Safari LTF but they upgraded to ICON LTF

I was upgraded to worldsafari ltf a month back. Don't know whether they will entertain my request

Not able to get any upgradation offer from the customer care, multiple calls. They just check the offers that are shown to you on RBL mobile app and hitting me with "no offers at the moment". Stuck with shoprite for now.

Also, IVRS still mentions both cards, Zomato Edition and Shoprite.

I think you are little late to the party, try escalating and check. May be RBL has got too many requests so they stopped.

Likely the case. I guess my only option left is with closure request and try to get something out of retention team.

Ya you can try with retention team, at least they can give you FYF and you can take a call next year.
