I didn't get any message but confirmed by customer care. It takes generally 2-3 working days after vkyc is done.

you will get joining voucher after 30 days from the first transaction... even complaining to rbl doesn't help..
as for monthly rewards, you will get it on 10-15th of next month.. for jan transctions you will get it by 15th feb

Not sure when will the spend based voucher of 1k for 1 lakh transaction for previous month will be received. It is already 16th of next month already. Should I escalate it?
