Hi,
I have BOB Eterna and have 3 add-on cards, All of them are Visa Infinite cards and got them this month.
As mentioned in BOB Eterna page, Eterna "Enhance your airport experience with unlimited complimentary access at domestic airport lounges", Does addon cards gets unlimited access to domestic airport lounges or its just for primary card ?

I Don't think it require any other criteria.
And the Age should be in between 21 and 65 years old.
I am attaching Add on Request Form for your reference.

I used lounge access on BOB Eterna. The charge of ₹2 was never cancelled. On Axis Magnus, the charge of ₹2 was always cancelled.

Did you manage to access the lounge at the same time? Also do the add on cards have different card number than the primary card?
