You need to request for limit enhancement & card upgrade. Without increase in your CL to 1 Lakh, they will not consider your millenia upgrade request.

Send income documents along with your request to grievance email.

As I said in previous post, you need to send income documents if requesting manually. No other way. Because they need to increase your limit first & then upgrade card.

Or you need to close card. Wait 6 month & then apply for millenia C2C through branch.
