[Restored now] Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay??

I just saw that Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay, is this temporary glitch?

Also, I am able to see HDFC credit card under new card add option.

I also got the option for DC after mutiple login logout and going back and forth on opening a biller! This is just so dumb from HDFC!!

I don’t think anyone on the new UI is able to make CC bill payments using DC!! dC option comes and goes but it’s not working anyhow!

No, I check it right now but still sbi cashback card showing me invalid biller I'd. And DC option is not showing both in app and net banking. I am in new UI on both app and net banking. I raised a complaint 2 days ago, customer care replied within 3 oct, I will get resolution. Such a foolish reply. But I got my pending cashback.

for me i have paid 3 bill 1 ciit, and SBI today and one more some other card of mine.. so sbi is under Bharatbill pay hence that why it was removed. haven't received any CB yet on 27th sept onward would wait till 4th October and then i would check.

I tried making CC payment with DC three times but it didn’t go through at all!! I think the exclusion of DC for bill payments is permanent and not just a bug!

in the process of removing DC from bill payment they’ve probably messed things up !!

I've added icici apay to bill pay, status is active. Whenever i try to pay using easyshop platinum debit card, transaction fails(,even rs 1 transaction). In email id got response saying "transaction not permitted to card holder".But same is successful when paid using netbanking(account)
