I just saw that Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay, is this temporary glitch?

Also, I am able to see HDFC credit card under new card add option.

Why are you stuck on Freecharge? Use whatever application you want. You will not be getting points anywhere except for HDFC bill pay, which is working only for selected cards.

Time to move on. Use mobikwik, you'll get 1% CB in wallet by applying FULLPAY code.

I am not stuck, I don't want to use freecharge that is why only I am asking is there any option or should go ahead via cred(for chillar🤣)

Guys,... calm down all DCs will be back..not to worry, may be they are doing some maitenance work during week end... All will be right..
This actually shows how popular HDFC Bill pay using DC is and HDFC will appreciate it..

In this case no physical medicine is required..
Just chill and go out / do something this lovely Sunday afternoon. and everything will be normal by this night or tomorrow morning..

So, instead of ONE day... it took 10 days for HDFC to fix this...
Anyway , all DC s are back now and working as predicted ... Enjoy guys..

Reward points - NOT GETTING CREDITED SINCE 25/09. Not visible in the App or in the netbanking. Strange. Paid 8 bills or so paid since 25/09 - zero rewards shown even now.

Able to add SBI CC and pay by using DC option in the Bill Pay.

Same here. Paid an ICICI credit card bill on old netbanking's BillPay portal using my Platinum debit card on early morning of 3rd October. Earlier the DC cashback used to be credited within 24 working hours, but it has still not been credited.

Same here. Paid an ICICI credit card bill on old netbanking's BillPay portal using my Platinum debit card on 3rd October early morning. Earlier the DC cashback used to be credited within 24 working hours, but it has still not been credited.

It may take some time, looks like HDFC payment system is under going some changes, my 27th sep payment credited on 3rd Oct, so wait for some time it will be credited after some time

This has nothing to do with old portal. You can use platinum dc on mobikwik. Its just that it stopped giving points based on other users comments here. I have also done transaction on mobikwik on 1st Oct. No reward points yet...

Can someone pls confirm if there is any cooling period after you add the biller in hdfc bill pay section coz I'm unable to make any cc bill payment. It says your bill payment could not be processed right now, try again later. Also if there any limit for the first 24hrs or so?

You have to wait for 24h to get the biller activated
