[Restored now] Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay??

I just saw that Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay, is this temporary glitch?

Also, I am able to see HDFC credit card under new card add option.

Please update when your amount credited in credit card, I have paid on 27 sep via app for standard charted and ICICI, standard charted amount credited 2-3 days ago, both amount cashback credited 2-3 days ago, but ICICI amount still not credited after 7 days.

P.S. - I have already migrated on new UI, transaction done via HDFC app

@Dharm I have just received the confirmation from ICICI that they have got the payment. I had paid it with my Platinum debit card on HDFC's old netbanking portal on early morning of 3rd October.

However, HDFC has still not credited the DC cashback for it. Apparently, many people haven't received their Platinum DC cashback yet for CC bill payment.

Nope. Paid on 3rd October early morning, still not credited. Earlier the Platinum DC cashback used to be credited within 24 hours, but this time it has not yet credited.

(I have Platinum DC too and paid the ICICI credit card bill on the BillPay platform of old netbanking site.)

Nope. Paid 40+5+5+4+21 = 75k, October 1st morning 3 Am, still haven't received any points, I'll wait until next Monday before raising a complaint.

Don't stop paying. Is there even a better alternative out there?

Keep paying it, and don't forget to raise a complaint if the cashback isn't credited by the end of this week. If it's genuinely an issue from their end, then they would get it fixed and give us all our pending cashback.
