I have made a few transactions worth 17Lac in a single billing cycle on my IDFC Wealth Credit Card and got the rewards points credited which is shown in the bill statement, around 1.7lac RPs(worth 42.5K). To my surprise, the points are shown in the statement but not in the mobile app, so reached customer care and shocked to know that the reward points are taken back as my transactions value exceeded the sanction limit in a single billing cycle.
This is really unfair as all my transactions are genuine and they are not agreeing to give me back the reward points mentioning a clause in their terms and conditions. Any suggestions please on how to challenge them and get back my reward points?
