Any Sb variants are eligible for Rupay select(chargeable)..apply from the branch and depending upon location metro cities u get it within a week

BOB Rupay Select requires at a minimum, their 20K MAB account

Exactly I have supersavings account was able to apply both Rupay select and Visa sapphire on same day .Both were reflecting on bob world same after few hours.

At least ICICI Rupay Sapphire DC is on Select platform. If we go by this logic BoB Rupay Sapphire DC should also be on Select platform, but who knows.

I have all the three banks rupay select debit card and redeemed the ott offers for the same

IOB Rupay with 1L AMB or SB-HNI or it is available with any savings account variant and the 1L AMB on their terms is just a text?

Yes also the issuance charges is nil. Annual fees will be levied from 1st year onwards
