S22 Green Line issue And Samsung Watch 5

Just raise a grievance on the national consumer helpline and the final escalation desk of samsung will resolve your query.
I've an S22 and it just developed this green line issue. Do you think it's worth going with the effort of escalation matrix and then consumer helpline?
 
I wish some other brand provide samsung kind of product experience but with customer friendly support. Samsung clearly denied greenline issue saying warranty expired.
A big hit to samsung loyalty.
 
Suggest to opt for Samsung Care+, if possible at the time of purchase. It helps a lot. I initially got it for S22 Ultra for which screen was changed before the end of 2nd year for the same green line issue. Also have the same for S23 Ultra and it was damaged recently in a bike hit and run and is currently in service center to get the repair done.. Just my personal opinion. Don't want to take risk these days..

Get what you're saying but this green line issue is a manufacturing defect and shouldn't require a Care+ sub to fix. Besides my S22 is almost 3 years old and it wouldn't have helped

Hey you should check w the service center again, they've received a new directive recently to replace green line screens. Fixed mine without any hassle
Did they check if you device has physical damage even minor ones?
Also do you have any reference of the directive you mentioned? It will help.

I have had the same issue with my S22 Ultra. They inspected for physical or liquid damage inside and replaced it for free (only if the device's date of purchase is within the last 3 years).
 
I have an s21 fe and it got affected with this lod issue. When checked with service center they are denying replacement as it has dent. Please help if this can be taken up further.

Really? That's concerning. Can you show me anyone posting about colored line issues on non-Plus, non-FE or non-Ultra (perhaps on social media)? All I could find were Plus/FE/Ultra complaints. I'd like to ask them what triggered it. In many cases OS/software update made it appear although the root cause is unquestionably a hardware flaw made worse by heat.

my s22 chotu have 16-18 gren/purple/pink line.
