Why not switch between Samsung infinite and Privilege, because Privilege gives 12500 points for 1770.
Are the double point value multi brand vouchers still available for Privilege?

Although now they have added condition that no points for LTF version. So, now will move to Privilege.

Superb, so after my 2x Samsung infinite points come we will all have to shift between Samsung infinite and Privilege, correct?

I always suspected that any free cards whether first year free or lifetime free, would not give you any joining points.
it would not make any sense for the bank

Be careful!
While customer care said they can downgrade Samsung infinite to either Privilege or Select, but for upgrading Select or Privilege to Samsung infinite, they will need to take approval.
They don't have the authority to do directly.

Also if you downgrade Samsung infinite to the free Select, it will remain free as long as you retain true Burgundy status.
but you will not get any joining reward points because it is free

But if you downgrade to Privilege, you will have to pay 1770 and get 12500 reward points

Samsung infinite points are posted on M + 2 basis.
so points earned in April will come in early June as a lump sum not per 100 rupees.
Except for the delay, this pooling together of points is beneficial for us

In the case of Amex, I closed down MRCC after 4 years because I did not want to pay the expensive renewal fee, and then reapplied for another free MRCC card through a referral link after 6 months.

But they refused to give it to me on the grounds that I already had it and I closed it.

They probably knew I was trying to avoid the renewal fee and trying to get a new card for free along with the free 4000 points, by using the referral scheme

U r not reading🤣. I told u no rewards rule came on 20th April only. Before that LTF cards also gave points. Already got points for LTF select issued in first week of April.

Has anyone managed to get Eazydiner prime activated from Samsung Infinite card code? I have got 4 cards so far and none of them worked. Once I called Eazydiner customer care but they asked to check with Axis. I didn't care much as I activated it later from Magnus.

I am scared to close the Samsung infinite before these points come.

although customer said that even if you close Samsung infinite card now and change to privilege or select you will get the Samsung points after 45 days

When do we get the 30K ER points for Samsung Infinite.
I got my card around 5th April, made 3 txns on the same day.

Statement was generated on 20th April. I had pre-paid 5900 (JF+GST) even before stament generation.

Cleared the total due today, but I haven't received the 30K points yet.

Any idea if the delay is normal or it is due to the ever-ongoing Axis system updates?

Samsung points always come 45 to 60 days later, M+2 basis.
All points for the entire month of April will come around 6th June

I received 12500 points for Privilege, just 1 day after doing just one transaction to activate it.

Do I need to wait for the mandatory 45 days or can I switch to Samsung infinite again right now?

Does samsung infinite give zero points for DCC transactions? I was hoping for 15/100, but didn't get even 5/100😭.

Btw, anyone closed this card recently? Any retention bonus offer?

Are u sure that it is calander month basis? From my experience , it seems to be statement cycle based.

Yes, 5/100 for domestic and 15/100 for foreign transactions
