SBI BPCL Card - Issue with Reward points and cash backs

Reward Points on SBI BPCL card are not getting credited automatically for transactions done on bpcl petrol pumps. I have to raise request every time after 10-12 days. even surcharge is not getting refunded. Anyone else facing same problem?

For earlier txns, points always got credited as soon as the txn GOT settled but this time no points credited even after txn settlement. I'm new to BPCL Card. Is there any timeline for points to get credited even after transaction settlement. Do points credit late sometimes?

Write a mail to them mentioning the transactions which you didn't get Points/Surcharge. Otherwise you will be at loss.

I think you will get points only at company owned retail outlets where transaction entry will show BPCL rather than a dealers name.

i took a bpcl rupay only for the amzon and flipkart offers, i fill xtragreen diesel in my cars so only iocl, seems obvous but i wont get any points using this card in IOCL outlets right?. btw does bpcl has any premium diesel option, sorry for off topic

This pump always provided reward points in past. But not for this txn

I added money in the smart drive wallet using the bpcl rupay card via razorpay portal. I got 13x reward point as well. But now i don't know how to use that balance. Every bpcl petrol pump i go to and ask if they have bpcl app ka QR code, all of them say no. I didn't even find any YouTube videos either.

How many points did you get for adding how much money?

It should but as per my experience it won't work on octane

In my case (lower variant bpcl sbi card), i got 130 points for 1000 rs. But it was a long time ago, i have stopped using this card now.

Sometimes it takes a week for FS reversal. Always pay by CC using POS machine using PIN. Get the POS receipt and take a picture of it immediately as you may lose the receipt or the print fades out.
If you don't see the reversal after 7 days raise a ticket with the receipt image and you will get the FS reversal for sure.

let us know the findings without fail. also, do you have octane visa or octane rupay? i tried with octane visa 5+ times, but never got rewards and cust care mentioned wallet loading was using govt services MCC and not fuel. Before octane I had normal bpcl visa and used to get points perfectly for wallet load. I have created separate thread earlier on this in TF, but no solutions so far.
So please mention your card type and network and also let us know the finding few days after loading

I have BPCL OCTANE on Rupay network. I have added INR 100 to BPCL Smartdrive for a test transaction. Will let you know about the reward points.

I think BPCL Octane doesn't have minimum txn criteria for reward points on fuel. It gives reward points on a fuel txn of 100 as well
