SBI BPCL Card - Issue with Reward points and cash backs

Reward Points on SBI BPCL card are not getting credited automatically for transactions done on bpcl petrol pumps. I have to raise request every time after 10-12 days. even surcharge is not getting refunded. Anyone else facing same problem?

Will it provide same 250 points if we add INR 1000 to Smartdrive using BPCL Octane

I always get same RPs
But I use BPCL SBI CARD. not octane card
So try it for one time or contact to customer care.

After how many days reversal of fuel surcharge will be credited for SBI BPCL Rupay. I used card for Rs 300 on 17th but yet to see reversal of fuel surcharge

You are wrong here. You can get FSW - FUEL SURCHARGE WAIVER even for 100 INR. I have checked it before.
I own a scooter and 99% of my fuel transaction stays btw 300-400 and i always get FSW

In my OCT 2024 statement REWARD points were not credited properly. Even FUEL SURCHARGE WAIVER was not credited for few of my transactions.
Registered a complaint to CC and there was no proper response.
Then ESCALATED the same complaint to PRINCIPAL NODAL OFFICER and the issue resolved but took around 10 days.
Reward points(500+) and FSW were credited within 2-3 days.

I have a BPCL Octane RuPay card. I made two transactions at two separate Bharat Petroleum locations. I received the dealer's name on the transaction memo, and neither included a name related to "Bharat" or anything similar. Will I earn points?

99.9% dealers name are not related to BHARAT. So don't worry.

Did not see rps credited for the transactions after they are settled. Should i complain now?

Check whether your dealer is eligible for FUEL surcharge waiver.
Take a picture of the RECEIPT
Raise a ticket(attach the receipt)after 7 days of transaction settlement

Yea how to check that isn't all bp fuel stations eligible? Also what if i don't have the receipt?

I always ask the employee whether its a COCO outlet bcoz its 100% guaranteed for RP

NO. But if you REDEEM for CASH through mail you might be charged 99+GST

I got the points but now You can't add money into Smartdrive directly via Credit Card. Smartdrive is in hello BPCL app

transaction entry will show BPCL

This is point is partially correct. When the transaction settles, if the name of biller has “BPCL” in it, then automatically they will give points and surcharge reversal. This outlet need not be company owned or company operated.

Even at the same pump, transactions at some POS machines show up in transaction history as “BPCL ********** fuels” but on another POS it may show as just “******** fuels”. I didn’t get points and surcharge reversal for 2 transactions at 2 pumps. Had previously got RPs and surcharge reversal at these 2 pumps. These are not company owned or operated.
