SBI BPCL Card upgrade

I would like to know whether anyone here got the Sbi bpcl card upgraded to Sbi bpcl octane with lifetime free benefit..
I am holding the bpcl one. Would like to get it upgraded to octane if it's LTF.
Can anyone help..?

SBI gives LTF cards only to their employees, central govt employees and HNIs that have a high NRV with SBI.

I got mine upgraded last year. But it's not LTF, fee reversal on 2L spends.
